Welcome to the New Year!

The end of 2016 was a busy time for us with the successful integration of three great companies – Connect Integrated, GT Innovations and RecluseAV – into the new and improved Core Innovations Group.

We started 2017 by launching our new visual identity and website. Now we’d like to introduce you to some new faces on the team, as well as some familiar ones.

Meet…

Sean Bowen: Starting his career as a sound engineer in local television, and always interested in emerging technologies, Sean has found the perfect way to blend his knowledge and experience into a lifetime love of this ever changing industry. With longstanding relationships forged over a 20+ year journey running his own business, he brings an enthusiasm for getting results that has moved from site work  to the sustained growth of his businesses and staff.

Jason Wall: There are very few people around who are capable of the level of understanding that this man has around all things technical. Based at our Shepparton office, Jason is the main contact for all regional installation enquiries, where his ability to communicate ideas to clients in a friendly and informative way has helped cement our place with many repeat customers.

Andrew Lancaster: Andrew has been with Core for many years, working his way through all areas of the business to now run the production hire arm. An excellent communicator, he always has the clients best interests at heart, and has shown time and time again his ability to create solutions outside the box.

Ben Kramp: A super installer, with people skills to match. Ben sets the benchmark in quality finishes, never happy unless his work is absolutely spot on. We strive for improvement, he goes one better. With long standing relationships throughout our client list, Ben is an absolute asset to our company and will lead our education installation team as we grow.

Jason Sangwin: Having been around integrated system technology since its inception, Jason has a long history in this industry, having worked for some of the major players in bespoke residential and commercial integration installations. A veritable encyclopaedia of technical knowledge resides here, along with a ferocious attention to detail and documentation.

James Harvey: Experience shines through here, with a history starting as a mechanical engineer and touring sound engineer, he has followed this up with years out on the road with some of the largest AV distributors in the country, now using his vast knowledge of our industry to ensure your needs are met.

Jigi Patel: Our central portal of processing and sales support, Jigi has worked around our industry for many years, and is now in control of scheduling our daily operations, making sure that nothing gets missed.

Leigh Banham: Coming from a retail management background, Leigh is fast becoming a quality installation tech, also adept at software programming applications. You’ll see Leigh’s ever smiling face pretty much anywhere we are.

Troy McGregor: This young man shows maturity beyond his years, and a knowledge of tech solutions and installation techniques honed through the years of training received on the job. Heavily involved in the live entertainment scene, Troy works with us out in the field and also in the background on R&D projects for future applications.

Matt Devine: One of our recent converts from contractor to employee, Matt is involved mainly in the delivery of production for live events. Technically savvy across all fields, his love of lighting shines through when given the opportunity to design and create on larger stages.

Molly Willmott: A fully trained sound engineer, Molly has joined our team to help us continue delivering a high quality corporate and family friendly environment for our diverse client base.

Bourke Group: In order to facilitate our expanding operation, we have contracted Bourke Group to handle all administration duties. This allows us to utilise an expanded team, while keeping costs grounded. Based in Melbourne, but with global presence, we have dedicated accounts staff who handle all our requirements.

Employsure: In another strategic move to ensure we remain compliant as we grow, these guys have been contracted to oversee our HR needs. With local representation and 24/7 access, you can feel confident that our staff are well looked after, and all legal requirements, insurances, etc are up to date at all times.
